  • Meetings are charged per line per second (most companies round up to the next minute).

  • Pay only for what you use, there is no monthly subscription.

Joining a conference call

Most of our customers give their callers the 1800 number so that the organiser is paying for everyone’s telephone call costs.

This can be very helpful when your callers are using personal phones.

If you want to pay for your caller's international telephone call charges they can dial one of the numbers below.

If your caller is in a country that is not listed, they should dial back to Australia (Melbourne), this will incur an international call charge.

Invoices and payment

If you have used the service, invoices are emailed at the start of the month. If you have not used the service you will not hear from us.

The details for every line in every meeting are shown. When it joined/left, what number was called and what it cost.

If you have multiple users / conference rooms, the costs for each are shown as a subtotal making it easier to allocate costs to cost centres

If you have a credit card in our system used for automatic payments, the payment will be made on the 20th of the month. This will be reflected on your next invoice

Payment can be made by:

  1. EFT
  2. Credit card – this can be automated and there are no fees
  3. Cheque
