Is my account still live?

You can test if your account is live by dialling into our system and entering your call leader PIN.

If the PIN is accepted, then your conference room is live and can be used.

I need a new conference room

The premise of the service is to reduce your workload, a conference room is used repeatedly to remove the need to create a new one for every meeting.

If you still need a new conference room please email us (using the form below) with the name you’d like to appear on the invoice.

When will my invoice be emailed?

For October/November invoices may be emailed later than usual but before the 10th of the month.
